Focus on the Customer
Happy New Year! As we move forward our customer service team has been hard at work adding new images to our web site. With the customer in mind we realize it is not enough to have a generic parts breakdown. Viewing products from different angles and providing measurements where we think it is most helpful has become a priority.
We also want to reinforce that we only supply OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts here. No "knock offs"! Our goal is to make sure that we are doing everything possible to ensure the longevity of your robotic cleaner. Using only Aqua Products OEM parts is a big part of that mission.
Manufacturers are always making changes to improve their products and Aqua Products, Inc. is no different. In order for us (J L Honberger Co., Inc.) to help you quickly and efficiently please have your model cleaner and serial number available. Electronic components (drive motors, pump motors, cables, power supplies) may change from year to year and having the serial number helps us identify when your unit was manufactured.
